We also know the last thing you want is to get a good deal at an online auction, then feel “ripped off” with inflated shipping and handling fees. Our guarantee to you is that ALL items are packaged and shipped with great care and you are charged the ACTUAL price. That means that whatever USPS and UPS charge to get your item(s) to you, that is what you pay. Packages are shipped by USPS or UPS at your request. The item(s) will be shipped the same day that payment is verified. Handling fees are the amount that it cost us in packaging materials, no more, no less. You wont have to pay for me putting your items in a the box. Because of the value of the item(s), insurance is required and trust us, packages do get “lost”, and insurance is the best way to make sure that our customers never lose. We will do whatever we can to assist you in locating a package lost during shipping, but it is up to you, the customer to communicate directly with the delivery company.

PAYMENT POLICY
We want you to come back and shop with us in the future, so we give you TWO (2) business days to make payment arrangements with us. We also give you TEN (10) business days after winning a bid or purchasing an item to get us the payment. However, we ask that you understand that your items cannot be shipped until we have received payment.
